Here Before the Fires. Here Through the Rebuild.
Hoffman Cooling & Heating was working in Pacific Palisades long before the fires. Our work here has included existing homes, hillside properties, remodels, and new construction.
The fires changed the work taking place across the Palisades. Our Palisades Rebuild page explains what these rebuilds require from the HVAC system, how early HVAC planning shapes the project, and how we coordinate with homeowners, contractors, and other trades from design through final inspection.
Pacific Palisades homes face a combination of hillside construction and coastal conditions. Steep lots, custom home designs, and marine layer humidity all influence how HVAC systems are designed, installed, and maintained.
While rebuilding continues throughout the neighborhood, dust from active construction can also load filters more quickly than normal. It’s a temporary condition, but one worth keeping in mind while rebuilding continues.
From a straightforward repair to a full system replacement, we figure out what the job needs before recommending the work.
We’ve been working in the Palisades since 1981. Same family. Same standard. Still here.
