Commercial HVAC Rebates & Incentives

Commercial HVAC replacements, controls, and other energy-efficiency improvements may qualify for incentives through LADWP, SoCalGas, and other utility programs, depending on the equipment, building type, utility provider, and current program requirements.

Unlike many residential rebates, commercial incentives may be based on equipment efficiency or projected energy savings. They can also require engineering review, utility pre-approval, or detailed project documentation before work begins.
