Extremely thoughtful company! During the summer when my Elderly parents AC went out, Jared Didn’t just order the parts and tell them to turn on some fans. He brought them a portable AC that he had in his garage and set it up for them because he was concerned about the heat in their home And the fact that they were elderly!
We have used Hoffman for many years now. We have apartment buildings, and they service all of our heating and A/C units. They are honest, and very knowledgeable. We are currently having a heat wave in California and I needed them to come to my home since my A/C stopped working. They came out on Labor Day! It was a quick fix for them…and I appreciated that they came out on a holiday! Jared and Alex always come through for us, and we appreciate their professionalism and helpful attitudes! We highly recommend them to everyone.
We’ve been using Hoffman cooling and heating for at least 10 years. Love Jared. Always reliable, trustworthy and reasonable. Gives us peace of mind to know that the job will be done right the first time.
Had an amazing experience with Jared! He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and honest from start to finish. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure the job is done right. The whole process with Hoffman Cooling and Heating was smooth, on time, and stress-free. Highly recommend
Incredible service. They were honest and transparent about the issues with my ac. Another company tried telling me that I needed a new unit and a duct cleaning, Hoffman’s cooling came and fixed it for a fraction of the price and had it running like new. I wanted to wait to post the review to see if the work would last and it’s been a year and the unit is still running great! I highly recommend them
Working with Jared and his team is always a pleasure. They are highly professional and experts in their field. We exclusively hire them for all our residential and commercial projects and highly recommend them to everyone we know. Looking forward to working with them again on the next project!
We have depended on the Hoffman team for over 40 years. They are spot the best in the business
Jared has been an excellent HVAC contractor to work with. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and takes the time to explain options clearly instead of just pushing a quick solution. His pricing is fair, his timelines are realistic, and the quality of his work shows. On our project, Jared was thorough from design through installation, coordinated well with other trades, and stayed on top of details that matter long-term—not just what passes inspection. He followed through exactly as promised and communicated clearly along the way. If you’re looking for an HVAC contractor who is professional, dependable, and actually cares about doing things the right way, I’d highly recommend Jared.
Hoffman has been servicing my AC for years. Always can trust them to do a good job the first time. I have referred them to many friends and everyone has had positive experiences. It can be scary to get a quote about something expensive like AC, something that I have no knowledge about, but Ive always felt like their advice is honest and fair.
I love these guys. From the first call the work to the follow ups. They are knowledgeable and Jared made the right system rec for my house. We also did the nest automation which was great. Thanks guys.
